| Results

The ensemble's performance will be judged from the first roll of the march until all instruments have come to a complete stop.

Each judge fills in a score sheet, then assigns a personal grade (ranking) after hearing all the groups. The final score is the sum of the two scores (Piping and Drumming).

In the event of a tie, the piping score will be given preference.

Judges' critique sheets will be distributed after the awards ceremony to the BOWU International Board of Directors.

The prize-giving ceremony will take place at around 9.30pm, between the two concerts.

A cup bearing the 80th D-Day mark will be awarded to each winner in the grade 4 and open grade categories.

The names of the winners will be inscribed on a wooden coat of arms, and each year the names of the next title holders will be added.
